Behind the house there is a 250 m² garden for relaxation, outdoor cooking and barbecuing. Firewood, charcoal and cooking pots are provided free of charge by the host.
The holiday home consists of two apartments. Guests can use the apartment on the upper floor, which can be accessed via an external staircase.
The upstairs apartment, the garden and the kitchen are for the exclusive use of guests and do not need to be shared with other guests.

The use of air conditioning is also free of charge.
House rules:
Bachelor and bachelorette parties and house parties are not allowed on the property.
The noise regulations of the city of Siófok must also be observed by guests.
